OCD Intensive...coming this November!

I am excited to share an upcoming treatment opportunity for anyone struggling with contamination OCD. Over the course of the 3 days there will be group support, individualized exposure work in both office and community settings, and family psychoeducation.

3-Day ERP Intensive for Contamination OCD

Thursday, November 12 – Saturday, November 14

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily

In person Carnegie, PA

This intensive is designed for an adult who:

• Has a primary diagnosis of contamination OCD

• Would benefit from a concentrated, immersive ERP experience

• Is not currently using benzodiazepines or other substances to manage anxiety
