You may choose to not use your insurance benefits for therapy. Self-pay is an option or you may be able to use your HSA or FSA account to cover session expenses.

You have the option of having appointment reminders sent via text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. There will be a $50 cancellation fee when cancellations are received less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.

After scheduling your first appointment I will send you an email with the login information to my client portal. There you will find all of my intake paperwork to sign electronically. You will also have access to my calendar making it easy to schedule future appointments.
Sessions will last about 55 minutes. At the beginning of treatment, sessions may be more frequent (weekly) and then decrease to bi-monthly or monthly.
