Services Provided
Individual Therapy
For young adults and adults ready to start interrupting the patterns of OCD or anxiety on their own, I offer therapy via telehealth or in-person. When appropriate, I'm also willing to conduct sessions out in the community—at home, in a park, or at the grocery store—to support real-world exposure and practice.
Kids & Families Therapy
I generally don't see children alone for appointments, because anxiety and OCD affect the entire family system—not just the child. My role is to teach parents how to recognize and interrupt these patterns at home, which is why your participation in sessions is required.
For families whose child isn't ready or willing to participate in therapy, I'm trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)—a parent-focused program that helps reduce the accommodations that unintentionally reinforce anxiety and OCD.
Group Therapy/
Intensives
I offer ERP groups for both kids/teens and adults—a great way to practice exposures alongside others in a supportive environment.
This fall/winter, I'll also begin offering OCD intensives: a multi-day (20+ hours) structured ERP program designed for those who are tired of suffering and want their life back, not just gradual relief.
